Hey, I'm Rebecca and this is my story....
6 years ago, I was living every day in my bedroom — agoraphobic, chronically ill, and unable to step outside alone. I had become my own worst enemy.
It’s a funny sort of thing, making friends with yourself. Arguably, it’s one of the most difficult things a human being can accomplish.
I was sitting on my bed, watching people on TV living the kind of life I longed for and hearing stories from my friends of their adventures — laughing, creating, exploring. Something inside me shifted. I realised the only thing holding me back were the beliefs I kept repeating to myself. That single question, “Why do I believe I can’t?” changed everything.
Bit by bit, I began unravelling the stories that kept me small and discovered how powerful our thoughts and language truly are. The words we think and speak shape our world.
My Transformation came through learning about how the mind functions from a neurological perspective, emotional awareness, breath, stillness, movement, music, and choosing love when fear wanted to lead.
Alchemy of You grew from that journey. It’s a space where language, energy, and emotion come together to help you come home to yourself.
