6 years ago, I was living every day in my bedroom — agoraphobic, chronically ill, and unable to step outside alone. I had become my own worst enemy.

It’s a funny sort of thing, making friends with yourself. Arguably, it’s one of the most difficult things a human being can accomplish.

One day, I was sitting on my bed watching TV, seeing other people living the kind of life I wanted — laughing, exploring, creating — and something inside me cracked open. I realised that the only thing truly holding me back were the beliefs I kept repeating to myself. I started to ask: Why do I believe I can’t do that? And do I want to keep believing it?

That single question changed everything.

It didn’t happen overnight, but from that moment I began unravelling the stories that had trapped me. I learned how powerful language is — how the words we speak to ourselves shape our world. Healing became a process of remembering who I was beneath the fear. It came through breath, movement, stillness, tears, music, and words. Through sitting with pain until it softened. Through choosing love when fear wanted to lead.

Now, Alchemy of You is the living expression of that transformation — a space where language, energy, and emotion meet to help you come home to yourself.

Through oracle readings, language alignment sessions, and holistic rituals, I guide others to uncover what’s already within them — their own wisdom, clarity, and peace.
