By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

 

Alchemy of You provides:

  • Oracle card readings

  • Emotional Alchemy coaching sessions

  • Workshops and group experiences

  • Online and in-person sessions

All services are provided for personal development and guidance purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be 18 years or older to book a service.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

 

Bookings are made via the website through Wix’s booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as:

  • Wix Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

Alchemy of You does not store full payment details.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Alchemy of You reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of personal development and spiritual services:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered.

If a session cannot proceed due to technical failure on our side, a reschedule will be offered.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

6. Client Responsibility

 

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • Sessions are collaborative and based on self-reflection and personal insight.

  • Results are not guaranteed.

You agree that Alchemy of You is not liable for decisions you make following a session.

 

7. Disclaimer

 

Oracle readings and Emotional Alchemy coaching are intended for insight, empowerment, and personal growth.

They are not:

  • Medical treatment

  • Mental health therapy

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website — including text, branding, graphics, session names, downloads, and materials — is the intellectual property of Alchemy of You unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Alchemy of You shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Decisions made based on session guidance

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Alchemy of You reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if:

  • A client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner

  • A client breaches these Terms

  • The service requested is outside the scope of what is offered

Where appropriate, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
