Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms relating to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Alchemy of You.

1. General Policy

 

Due to the nature of personalised and time-based services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Booking a service constitutes agreement to this Refund Policy.

2. Scheduled Appointments (Oracle Readings  & Emotional Alchemy)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

This policy reflects that appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

 

3. Right to Cancel (Online Bookings – 14 Day Rule)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing services online.

However:

If you book a session that takes place within 14 days and you agree for the service to begin during that period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once the session has been fully delivered.

By booking a session scheduled within 14 days, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the cooling-off period ends.

 

4. Completed Services

 

Once a session has been delivered in full, it is non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Oracle readings

  • Emotional Alchemy sessions

  • Workshops

  • Online or in-person sessions

 

5. Digital Products (If Applicable)

 

If digital products (such as recorded readings, downloadable materials, or courses) are provided:

They are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

6. Technical Issues

 

If a session cannot proceed due to a technical fault on our side, a reschedule will be offered.

Alchemy of You is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s device or internet connection.

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Alchemy of You.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
